Common questions
Everything you need to know about how the matching engine works and what to expect from your report.
Is this immigration advice?
No. It's an informational fit check based on the criteria Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and provincial governments publish. A Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant or immigration lawyer can assess your case and advise you. The relevant government authority decides each application: a province or territory decides a nomination, and IRCC decides the permanent-residence application.
How is this different from the government's IRCC website?
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) lists each program separately on its own site. Our free report checks your Express Entry fit; the $20 USD paid report ranks your closest matches across the 50+ federal, provincial, territorial, and pilot programs we cover — at once.
How is this different from hiring an immigration consultant?
We're cheaper and faster, but we don't represent you. For a real application, you'll still want a consultant or lawyer — we'll point you to the right resources at the end of the report.
Is the $20 USD a subscription?
No. One-time. $5 to refresh later if your profile changes (new test scores, new job, etc.).
What if I want a refund?
If the report is clearly wrong, we refund double what you paid. Email us a screenshot of the official source and the exact claim it contradicts. If we confirm it, you get 2× your payment back (one per user). We don't refund buyer's remorse — but we stand behind our work.
Is my data secure?
Profile data is stored encrypted. We never sell data. See our privacy policy.
Do you cover Quebec programs?
Yes — we cover Quebec's skilled-worker program (the PSTQ). Quebec runs its own selection system separate from Express Entry, and the PSTQ is its main active worker pathway right now.
